Conference Venues & Hotels

The IEEE BIBM 2025 is organized as an in-person conference in Wuhhan, China. Wanda Reign Wuhan (武汉万达瑞华酒店) and Wanda Realm Wuhan (武汉富力万达嘉华酒店 ) are chosen as the conference hotels.

Travel Information

Participants can fly to Wuhan Tianhe International Airport (WUH) or travel to Wuhan by Train:

By Air: Wuhan Tianhe International Airport (WUH) is the main international gateway, with direct flights from major cities.

    From airport to conference venue:

            Taxi: ~60 minutes, ~¥150.

            Metro: ~90 minutes, ~¥5.

            (1) Take Metro Line 2 (toward Fozuling) from Tianhe Airport Station.

            (2) After 5 stops, transfer to Line 8 (toward Junyuncun) at Hongtu Avenue Station.

            (3) Ride for 13 stops, then get off at Shuiguohu Station and exit from Exit B.

            (4) Walk ~100 meters to reach the conference venue.

  By Train: Wuhan Railway Station, Hankou Railway Station, or Wuchang Railway Station.

            From Wuhan Railway Station to conference venue:

                    Taxi: ~25 minutes, ~¥50.

                    Metro: ~40 minutes, ~¥5.

        (1) Take Metro Line 4 (toward Bailin direction) from Wuhan Railway Station.

        (2) After 7 stops, transfer to Line 8 (toward Junyuncun) at Yuejiazui Station.

        (3) Ride for 4 stops, then get off at Shuiguohu Station and exit from Exit B.

        (4) Walk ~100 meters to reach the conference venue.

From Hankou Railway Station to conference venue:

       Taxi: ~45 minutes, ~¥100.

       Metro: ~60 minutes, ~¥5.

       (1)  Take Metro Line 2 (toward Fozuling) from Hankou Railway Station.

       (2) After 13 stops, transfer to Line 8 (toward Jintanlu) at Jiedaokou Station.

       (3) Ride for 3 stops, then get off at Shuiguohu Station and exit from Exit B.

       (4) Walk ~100 meters to reach the conference venue.

From Wuchang Railway Station to conference venue:

        Taxi: ~20 minutes, ~¥30.

        Metro: ~30 minutes, ~¥5.

        (1) Take Metro Line 4 (toward Wuhan Railway Station) from Wuchang Railway Station.

        (2) Ride for 4 stops, then get off at Chuhe Hanjie Station and exit from Exit B.

        (3) Walk ~700 meters to reach the conference venue.
