All refund/cancellation requests must be received in writing to put the email address bibm2025@163.com for cancellation contact by 11/24/2025, 11:59 PM Beijing Time. There will be an administrative fee of US$100 for cancelled registrations | ||||||
Notice:
（1）To facilitate payment for participants, the conference has entrusted Chengdu Tinglan Meeting co., Ltd with the responsibility of handling registration and fee collection matters.
（2）You may only cancel your registration before the cancellation deadline. Author registration is not refundable.
